The “on the road” album was fun. My parents and I made a road trip down to my cousin Tina’s wedding, which meant we could split the driving three ways. I enjoyed sitting in the backseat taking photos as the light and terrain changed.
I also added some photos to the “Tampa” album from a quick visit to my grandfather Cecil and Grandmother Edith’s graves. We did this around dawn and the light was beautiful. Only a few days before, we swung by my the Sarasota National Cemetery to visit my grandparents Andy and Rose’s graves (some photos of the scenery in the Sarasota album). It was nice to visit all of them in one trip.
I could not stop taking photos at Boca Grande when we did a quick day trip. I’ve always loved taking photos there, but with my new lens I got a kick out of zooming in really close to all the wildlife. New photos in “North Port” are from when I stomped about my aunt and cousin’s yard one afternoon, chasing lizards and such.
The “Connecticut” album includes some photos that I took while we visited our wedding venue, It was a dreary day. but there were still some charming details about.
The “Mansfield (in spring")” album was mostly from one afternoon last month where it felt like summer and all the trees and bushes were blooming. I stood in front of some azaleas in the town commons for a good half hour taking pictures of the bees.
