Mary & Jamie
Mary commissioned five paintings over the course of ten years, on top of purchasing one of my favorite oil paintings. All of her projects honored people and places that were important to her and her loved ones. When she died in 2022, two of these projects we never got around to ramping up, though a third of Mary and her husband Jamie was pending her final feedback. Jamie oversaw the completion upon her death, and it feels fitting that our last collaboration memorializes the patron herself. I will miss you, Mary.
